Today is THE LAST DAY AT ENRICH THIS YEAR I know it's sad but at least I'm at secondary school next year. Anyways today at Enrich we played a Wilson game called All or Nothing Championship. You play by throwing a bean bag into a basket and standing behind the basket to throw t back to your team if you get it in then you throw it back to your team if you drop it you have to bring the basket back to the start. We chose our group in my group was Josh Jordan Max Me Riley Izzy Anais and Pippa. The first round was a tie which was disappointing the second one we lost by 5 points the 3rd one we played we won it taking the entire win.

EGG DROP!!!
Today is our 2ND LAST DAY AT ENRICH:( I know its devastating but at least I'm off to secondary school next year :). Anyway today at Enrich we carried on with our must do's and picks after last weeks sickening test with the eyeball. This week I decided to take something a bit more pleasant. So I chose EGG DROP!!! with Alana. It was physics about gravity and inertia. First we filled up the glass with water and we laid the plastic sign on to the glass then we put toilet roll on top and then put the eggs sideways on the toilet roll then we HIT the plastic away and the egg landed in the glass it was EPIC!!!. We had to do it 3 times for it to be fair. But one that I did shattered because I did it too lightly - it looked like I patted a little kitten Alana said! We had to write the results afterwards. We learnt that when something is in a state of inertia light friction will not affect it and it will fall below into the glass from gravity.

Thinkers Keys
Today at Enrich we did a workshop called Thinkers Key the purpose of it was to make us think outside of the box. We had had to line up on the wood and were split into groups again I was on my own :( but I was with Alana :) we had to start with variations we had to think of other ways to communicate without speaking. The record was 23 but my group managed to steal the lead with 24. After that my group rotated to Katie she was doing the ridiculous key. The ridiculous key is a silly statement but what would be the benefit of it such as 6 year olds being able to drive.

S.C.A.M.P.E.R
Today at Enrich we continued with our Must Dos and Picks. I only had to do 1 must do to complete the must do section of it. I had to do S.C.A.M.P.E.R Environment based with Alana. When Alana started the workshop we watched the HILARIOUS S.C.A.M.P.E.R video. We could not stop laughing once the mayhem was over we had to choose any environment . M y group chose Max's dads brewery but we did not have enough time to finish. We came up with creative ideas like substituting alcoholic drinks for kid friendly drinks so that children can be entertained there too, or M - mega, make the brewery bigger so that it can produce more beer!

Sea Shepard
Today at Enrich we had a special guest it was JAKE'S DAD Grant he is from the Sea Shepherd campaign. They are an anti whaling group. He came to talk to us about the Japanese killing whales and throwing them back in the ocean. He talked about how we could help and what he does. Sea Shepherd crew throw stink bombs at the whaling ships because the gas makes the meat go rotten so that all they can do is use them for scientific research.

Passion Time
As you know I have completed my stone carving for passion time so today I got to pick what I wanted to do. I decided to join inventions with Max and Luke. We had to come up with solutions to annoying problems. I came up with the twink pen it would white out the mistakes in your writing so its pretty much a pen with twink on the end of it. I also came up with the zip grip. It is a zip on grip to your rugby ball that has lost it's grip. I could become a millionaire if I keep this up!!!!

Spinning Matchstick Experiment
Today at Enrich we had to do the normal must do's and picks. First we completed one of the must do's called Adora Svitak she is a very talented 12 year old and she stands up for kids dreams. In our own time me Jordan, Max, and Luke attempted to finish one pick called the spinning matchstick experiment. It is very hard to balance the $1.00 coin on the 20 cent coin but edventually we got it and the balloons static electricity moved the matchstick.
